Samsung has finally unveiled its latest smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 at the company's "Mobile Unpacked" event in London, England after all the buzz that went on regarding features that may be included in Galaxy S3.
"With the GALAXY S III, Samsung has maximized the consumer benefits by integrating superior hardware with enhanced smartphone usability," said JK Shin, President and Head of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung in a press release. "Designed to be both effortlessly smart and intuitively simple, the GALAXY S III has been created with our human needs and capabilities in mind," Shin further added.

Galaxy S3 has been designed for humans and inspired by nature to make everyday life easier according to the release. True to earlier rumors and speculations, Galaxy S3 comes with 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display and powered Android 4.0 with Ice Cream Sandwich.  It comes with a 8MP back camera and a 1.9MP front camera which offers a variety of intelligent features and face recognition options.
Galaxy S3 has been designed with new energy-efficient chip exceeding 1.4GHz per core with multi-tasking features and powerful performance and efficient energy management technology, Exynos 4 Quad's.
With the 'Smart stay' feature, detects users' way of using the phone while reading an e-book or browsing the web. It offers Wi-Fi Channel Bonding which doubles the Wi-Fi bandwidth.
The "S Voice" enables natural language user interface, to listen and respond to words.  Not only does it recognize a users' face and voice, the GALAXY S3 also is designed to understand motions to offer maximized usability. Its "Smart alert" feature allows users to keep track of missed messages or calls. It vibrates to notify missed statuses when picked up after being idle.
Galaxy S3 has also incorporated Near Field Communication (NFC) technology for easy mobile payment accessibility which is also rumoured to be featured in Apple's next iPhone 5.
Gaming experience for gamers has also been enhanced through 'Game Hub,' providing access to numerous social games.
Samsung GALAXY S3 will be made available in Europe starting from the end of May before rolling out to the global markets.
Now with Samsung GALAXY S3 announced its specifications, fans will now look to see what Apple has in stored for the iPhone 5.
